Responsibilities:

Data Input of Customer Service operations

Back up handlers for inbound & outbound shipping documents

Coordinate with the warehouse (ad hoc order , modification of the delivery date and quantity of the order)

Support logistics manager to handle daily warehouse operations or assigned projects

Monitor the daily operation of inbound & outbound to keep the work smooth

Requirements:

Secondary DSE or above educational level

Working experience preferably in logistics customer service experience

Basic PC operations e.g. MS Office application & Chinese word processing

Proficiency of English language & immediate available would be preferred

Working location:

Kwai Chung area (Container Port Terminal 4)

Transportation allowance included

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above with over 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics or trading field
• Preferably in fluent Mandarin language speaking
• Well-organized, self-motivated, good inter-personal and communication skills
• Familiar with MS Office application
• Mandarin oral test may be arranged on the 1st interview

Working location:

• Sheung Wan district (nearby Sai Ying Poon MTR station)
